1. Letterpress
Letterpress is a common plastic printing method, usually used for printing labels, packaging and other small plastic products. The principle of letterpress is to carve the printing pattern with raised graphics on the printing plate, then press the ink into the printing pattern, and finally transfer the ink to the plastic product. Letterpress can be printed on almost any surface shape, and a variety of colors and ink types can be used. However, the resolution of letterpress is relatively low and cannot handle complex patterns and details.

2. Flexographic printing
Flexographic printing is a high-resolution plastic printing method, usually used for printing large plastic products such as billboards and stickers. The principle of flexographic printing is to transfer the printing pattern to a flexible rubber plate, and then transfer the ink to the plastic product. Flexographic printing can handle complex patterns and details, and a variety of colors and ink types can be used. However, the production cost of flexographic printing is relatively high and is suitable for mass production.

3. Digital inkjet printing
Digital inkjet printing is the latest plastic printing method, which uses digital inkjet technology to print patterns directly on plastic products. Digital inkjet printing can handle complex patterns and details, and can achieve single-piece production. In addition, the production cost of digital printing is relatively low, which is suitable for small batch production and personalized customization. However, the durability of digital printing colors and patterns is relatively low, especially when exposed to sunlight.
